Epic Martin Audio PA installed at Texas’ Stonegate Church

Now located outside Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, having relocated from its earlier conference centre home in 2018 Stonegate Church to continue its mission of ‘church planting’ – encouraging its congregants to ‘enjoy Jesus and make disciples’. The eclectic nature of its services ranges from gospel music to new compositions, and required studio-and-tour sound quality sound reinforcement, alongside ensuring intelligibility during services. Here its existing sound system was increasingly wanting.

US church upgrade proves worth of Frenetik and Superlux

A recent renovation at Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Rydal, Georgia, provided Knoxville-based systems integrator Dynamic Audio Visual Systems its first opportunity to use products from both Frenetik and Superlux. Completion of the project has impressed the team by both as well as the service received from distributor Avlex.

DiGiCo joins the service at Korean Methodist Church

Having extended its five weekly services to include musical performances, the Manna Methodist Church in Bundang New City, South Korea, has correspondingly expanded its audio mixing capabilities by replacing an existing DiGiCo SD7 with two Quantum 852 consoles, one in the church for the performances and another in a broadcast suite to manage online audio.

Critics have described Steven Wilson’s The Overview Tour as a ‘multi-sensory experience’ and an ‘interstellar sound voyage’. With expectations high, Tour Manager Dave Salt chose Britannia Row Productions to provide sound reinforcement for the prog extravaganza.

Notre-Dame revived

One memorable day in April 2019 flames engulfed in flames the Notre-Dame de Paris, destroying its spire and roof, and causing significant damage to the cathedral’s altar, pipe organs, C13 rose windows and many religious relics. Five years on, after what is described as ‘one of the most ambitious and extensive house of worship reconstruction projects in modern history’, it has reopened.

Christ the King praises new Martin Audio install

Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Christ the King Catholic Charismatic Renewal church relocated to its building in 2001 and, although fairly new by church standards, the church was still using its original sound system. And it was struggling to provide even coverage across three naves, fanning out from a central space – issues all now resolved by A/V integrator Annunciation Audio-Visual Services.
