DiGiCo levels up for Fun! Only

Chinese pop singer Lars Huang has risen to fame through his passionate musical style, with his recent tour, Fun! Only, a celebration of video game and digital culture – requiring fans to ‘level up’ to get the most out of the experience. For their levelling up, the audio team opted for a DiGiCo Quantum 852 console at FOH position and a Quantum 338 for monitors.

Lahti Museum installs Genelec Smart IP loudspeakers

Finland’s Lahti Historical Museum takes visitors on a journey through time with its displays of 45,500 historical artifacts and records the lives of the elderly population currently living in the Päijät-Häme area of the country through photographs and interview projects. While most museums rely on visual storytelling, Lahti elevates the experience uses sound to immerse visitors in history.

Sacramento’s Raley Field upgrades 25-year-old sound

More commonly known as Raley Field, the 14,000-capacity Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento, California, is home to the River Cats baseball team and ‘A’s’ (Athletics), where a major upgrade of its sound infrastructure has been conducted to ‘enhance the fan experience’ and improve game-day technology.

Based around Martin Audio CDD and SX subwoofer components, as well as process-controlled amplification from Focusrite sister brand, Linea Research, the new installation takes over a 25-year-old one that badly needed replacing.
