Genelec In Motion for Art & Football exhibition

The ambitious In Motion – Art & Football exhibition at Dortmund’s German Football Museum celebrates The Beautiful Game through works from 20th-century artists from around the world. Middle Tennessee State Uni replaces PA with Martin Audio

Home to the Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) men’s and women’s basketball and track teams, the Murphy Center recently commissioned a new Martin Audio WPS line array system, following a gestation period of several years. The contract was won by Nashville-based Spectrum Sound Inc.

Country music ‘rescue’ earns Allen & Heath star approval

A last-minute mix rescue at the Calgary Stampede in Nashville in 2024 saw FOH engineer Jordan Waller save the headline set for Josh Ross with his Allen & Heath dLive C1500 console, earning the trust of the team and securing his current role with some of country music biggest stars.

HK Audio’s Cosmo takes tight grip on Iron Fest Open Air

Germany’s Iron Fest Open Air enjoyed its fifth airing at the Ohmbachsee lake recently, consolidating its place among Europe’s boutique metal festivals, with long-time audio partner, SPV Neuschwander, using HK Audio’s Cosmo Line Array System to provide sound reinforcement throughout the three days of the weekend.

Genelec on the menu at new Aarhus’ Gastromé location

Recognised by the Michelin Guide as one of Aarhus’ best dining destinations, Gastromé recently relocated its blend of modern Nordic cuisine and European flair. In pursuit of more space, co-owners William Jørgensen and Søren Jakobsen have moved the venue north to a charming 1911 villa in the tranquil suburb of Risskov. Part of this venture, the team have installed a Genelec Smart IP loudspeaker system to maintain the restaurant’s atmosphere.

WSDG completes Dolby Atmos room at Geneva’s EMA

Acoustic consulting and media systems engineering company WSDG has completed work on a Dolby Atmos control room for the Centre des Musiques Actuelles (CMA) in Geneva.

CMA includes the École des Musiques Actuelles (EMA), a contemporary music school offering training in pop, rock, jazz, and other modern genres. The facility occupies two floors and includes 45 classrooms, a 300-seat auditorium and a 200-capacity club, as well as recording and production facilities.
