ArtAV adds spatial element to Cambridge Kettle’s Yard

Created in 1957 by former Tate Gallery Assistant Jim Ede and wife Helen, Kettle’s Yard in Cambridge was both their home and a space for the public to enjoy contemporary art in an informal, domestic setting. Almost 70 years on, when a spatial audio component was required for a new exhibition by Lubaina Himid and Magda Stawarska, specialist integrator ArtAV assisted in creating an environment that worked with the space rather than against it.

Malta gets first Dolby Atmos immersive music studio

Vilco Convention Centre adds permanent L-Acoustics PA

The Vilco Convention Centre in Bad Vilbel is being claimed to ‘represent the next evolution of a historic meeting place’. When it first opened, it featured an L-Acoustics A10 sound system designed primarily for speech reinforcement. However, as live music events began taking a more prominent place in the venue’s programming, a full concert-grade system became increasingly essential prompting the management team to approach integrator Aveo for an answer.
