L-Acoustics announces Digital Construction modelling

Renovations, retrofits and years of modifications can divorce the documentation covering a performance venue on and what actually exists on site. Financial penalties show up late in a project in the form of coverage that differs from what is expected and rigging that does not fit the structure –issues that have to be resolved during the course of an installation. L-Acoustics now addresses this with Digital Construction, a new service that captures a venue exactly as it is built, and delivers a verified geometric model ready for use in Soundvision.

JH Audio appoints GerrAudio as Canada distributor

Jerry Harvey Audio (JH Audio) has appointed GerrAudio Distribution Inc as its distribution partner for Canada to expand the company’s presence and support customers as new technologies and integrated workflows emerge from the partnership. The appointment follows JH Audio’s acquisition by Sound Devices in 2025.

Texas baptist church upgrades with Martin Audio install

Alcons pro-ribbon system keeps Trondheim Rocks in focus

Having relocated from the EC Dahls brewery site to Ladesletta in Trondheim, the one-day metal extravaganza that is Trondheim Rocks, the 2026 edition featured 12 bands, headed by Volbeat and Norwegian rock legends DumDum Boys, attracting thousands of rock fans. The sound system was supplied by NPro who deployed an Alcons Audio solution with system design led by Erwan Thomas.
