Bergamot buys into Augspurger and Malekpour Design

Bergamot Asset Management has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Augspurger, and Professional Audio Design and Malekpour Design Partners. The three companies will now operate under Augspurger Holdco LLC, a new parent company created in partnership with Bergamot and Dave Malekpour, founder and president of the group.

Samsung’s UniverSE updates with Dante infrastructure

When Samsung’s UniverSE Training Center in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea opened nearly 15 years ago, it comprised a training centre with approximately 70 classrooms and 60 lecture halls, each equipped with a combination of analogue A/V systems and a few early digital devices.
