Soundcraft has recruited Sean Karpowicz to serve as Product Manager for its Si Series of mixing consoles.

Karpowicz comes to Soundcraft from VenueMagic, which manufactures a DMX show control software platform, where he was Marketing Director. Prior to this, Karpowicz served as Product Manager at Gemini, responsible for pro audio product design and management.

Karpowicz has an extensive background in FOH engineer and recording/mix engineering, and continues to do FOH and recording work. He also performs with several music projects, playing guitar, bass and keyboards, as well as performing electronic music. Soundcraft is confident that this wide range of knowledge and experience will help guide its product development, providing engineers and musicians with ‘powerful, intuitive tools’.

‘I’ve used many Soundcraft consoles over the years and to be here working on the future of mixing consoles with a brand I hold in such high regard is an absolute dream,’ Karpowicz says.
