Ernie Lansford has retired from the post of Director of North America Sales-Music Gear Group at Loud Technologies.

‘EL’ joined the company in 2005 as Eastern Regional Sales Manager, moving up to Director of North American Sales in 2008 and then to his current position. Now, he is, as he puts it, ‘repurposing’: ‘My repurpose plans include launching Customer Success Academy to Empower Customer Success Masters,’ he says. ‘My 30s elevator pitch: I empower sales professionals to become Customer Success Masters to enhance marketing, sales, and profitability of their customers and themselves.’

‘I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ernie for the past seven years,’ says Gary Marshank, who heads the Marshank Group. ‘His management style finds that sweet spot between firm and friendly, and he’s eager to help us in every way. Ernie is one of those managers who knows the value of traditional sales techniques while embracing new technology. We wish him the best of luck as he ‘repurposes’ himself.’
