Shure has launched the Microflex MX415 Dual Cartridge Gooseneck Microphone for corporate presentations and broadcasts requiring consistent audio for live events and broadcast recording feeds.

Mounted to a single, flexible gooseneck, the low-profile dual cartridge simultaneously employs two cardioid cartridges each with a separate output preamp, providing multi-feed audio and redundancy.

Each audio signal path is isolated with its own earth/ground to ensure that electrical interference is not transferred between mics. With the integrated CommShield technology, RF interference from mobile devices is rejected to keep the focus on speech.

The MX415 Dual/C includes Dual cardioid Microflex cartridges that are interchangeable with other Microflex polar patterns, two 5ft (1.5m) cables exiting from the bottom of mic, terminating in two TQG 4-pin female connectors, two external in-line preamps with 3-pin XLR connectors, and a shockmount that provides more than 20dB of isolation from surface vibration noise,

CommShield RF filtering minimises noise pickup from nearby mobile phones and tablets, while a foam windscreen and mesh ball grille provide pop protection. A full accessory kit included to accommodate temporary and permanent installation.
