ASPA Stagetec Brasil has installed three Stagetec Crescendo mixing consoles and four Stagetec On Air 24 desks at São Paulo’ private TV station SBT São Paulo. In addition, SBT has installed a network of 133 Delec subscriber units, four oratis matrix frames and one R4000 router – the third and largest oratis installation in Brazil to date. The set-up includes an extensive Nexus audio network that can exchange signals with the oratis system over Madi.
The move is part of SBT’s preparation for live broadcasting from the World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016.
Included in the installation are 77 DECT-connected belt packs, which are linked to the Delec solution. This way the entire intercom technology of SBT comes from one source.
