DirectOut has appointed Davide Giaroli as User Experience Manager, strengthening the connection between the company’s users and its product development teams to ensure that customer feedback directly shapes future innovations.
Giaroli brings extensive experience in broadcast operations, live production workflows and content creation from a career spanning professional broadcast, content production and technical support. His expertise combines a deep understanding of complex audio environments with hands-on operational experience, providing valuable insight into the daily challenges faced by engineers, system integrators and production professionals.
In his newly created role, Giaroli will work across Customer Support and Product Development activities to transform real-world user requirements into workflows and enhanced product experiences. By acting as a bridge between customers, support teams and engineering, he will contribute to the ongoing evolution of DirectOut’s Audio Solution Model and software ecosystem.
