TASS Services has been named the Authorised Harman Service Centre (AHSC) for the western region of India. Located in the heart of Mumbai in Andheri, TASS has 22 service and support staff and will run alongside Harman Pro India, which will ontinue to provide service and customer support for the Southern region. In addition it will also offer technical repair support for all the AHSC in terms of trouble shooting, component level repair and spare part supplies.
The AHSC marks a significant step in Harman Pro’s service capabilities in India, and will call on, Senior Service Engineer Wilfrid Fernandes and a team of technicians. In addition, TASS service personnel will be trained by Harman technical staff and specialists in the latest updates and technical advancements in the companies’ equipment lines.
