Software developer Stardraw.com has revealed changes to the company’s structure and operation, starting with the announcement that Marketing Director Rob Robinson has been promoted to CEO.

David Snipp, founder of Stardraw.com and current CEO, remains a major shareholder at Stardraw.com and assumes a role of non-executive board Director. The new structure will see Stardraw.com focusing on software tools and services for system design and documentation, and the development of custom (OEM) software solutions for corporate clients.

The company has also announced the acquisition of intellectual property rights associated with Stardraw Control by manufacturer of IP and WiFi-enabling products, Global Caché. As part of this arrangement, Snipp has been named CTO of the US hardware provider.

Stardraw.com will continue to support its existing Stardraw Control products and customers, and this support includes the addition of new drivers as a free service for registered users.
