Carlsbro has appointed distributors in Turkey, Switzerland, Ukraine and Georgia.

These are the latest new distribution agreements to be announced following a record number of enquiries received by the company, from distributors throughout the world, at this year’s Musikmesse in Frankfurt. ‘We conducted more than 50 meetings at Frankfurt with potential new distributors,’ says International Sales Director, Andrew Bishop. ‘Since then, we have been actively seeking agreements with the best of these, to grow an international distributor network that reflects the quality of the Carlsbro brand and the newly reissued product lines from our UK engineers and Ningbo production facilities.’

Senkop Music has been appointed exclusive distributor in Turkey, following intense negotiations with five companies bidding for the appointment. With the conclusion of the agreement Carlsbro and Senkop are working together for a major relaunch of the brand in Turkey. The appointment of Sacher Music in Switzerland follows two years of discussions.

‘The process has been one of careful consideration and timing,’ says Bishop. ‘With the new production coming on-stream, reliability and consistency are assured to the very highest standards, and new product will be hitting stores this month.’

Following formal negotiations at Musikmesse, Allegro Music and Smarthouse have been appointed distributors for Ukraine and Georgia, respectively. ‘These are two perfect Carlsbro distributors,’ says Bishop. ‘Allegro Music demonstrates the highest standards of communication and customer care, with a strong focus on marketing and publicity across a region of 46 million people. Georgia has a population of under five million but is steeped in musical culture and tradition. Konstantine Beruchashvili and his team at Smarthouse, in the capital Tblisi, are experts in amplification and sound systems, of which they are both major suppliers and installers.’
