German software development company Magix and Australian distribution and integration specialist Professional Audio Technology (PAT) have struck a partnership for the Australian broadcast marketplace.

One of the world’s leading manufacturers of audio and video software, Magix Samplitude and Sequoia have been regular studio and production environment tools worldwide for more than 10 years. Sequoia offers everything that digital audio workstation reoperation – recording, editing (including Source/Destination editing), mixing, mastering and Red Book standard CD burning – while the entire production chain can be handled exclusively by Sequoia. Users include the BBC, German public broadcasters WDR and SWR, the Vienna Symphonic Library and Sterling Sound in New York.
