Montarbo to be sold in December

Italian manufacturer Montarbo has released a statement announcing that the company is to be sold.

In the statement, Marisa and Maria Montanari state that the EKO Music Group is to guarantee the continued operation of the company and claim that the sale will incur ‘no changes in our commercial relationship, regardless of the new ownership’. They further explain that the move is designed to allow Montarbo to ‘face with a new drive the future fundamental challenges of the market’.

The change in ownership is due to take effect on 15 December.
