Out Board has appointed Audiolead as its distributor for France – the latest addition to a rapidly expanding global distribution network.
Based in the Paris suburbs, Audiolead will now provide France with all sales and support for the Out Board TiMax2 SoundHub and TiMax Tracker products.
Audiloead Director Bruno Ghidionesco’s experience and broad contact base across the theatre and install markets makes him a good fit for the TiMax SoundHub – a scaleable multichannel audio mix engine and playback system for theatrical productions, events and venues, as well as for A/V installations such as museums, themed attractions and retail.
SoundHub provides dynamic routing, mixing, EQ, delay matrix and multichannel audio playback, plus a wide range of audio networking and remote control options for systems integration and show control applications.
Ghidionesco was also impressed by the TiMax Tracker radar-based UWB performer tracking system for real-time 3D vocal localisation and effects automation, which will soon make its Paris debut in a contemporary production of Peer Gynt at the Grand Palais next to the Seine. ‘The TiMax SoundHub products seem very powerful and practical, with good pricing for our markets,’ he says. ‘TiMax Tracker also looks a well advanced system and very interesting to our theatre and event customers.’
