Following over more than two successful decades of success in the US, the MPTS 2026 show (13–14 May at Olympia Grand Hall, London) is to provide the launch pad for the new Post Production World Conference Europe (PPW Europe).
Produced by Future Media Conferences (FMC), this addition to MPTS promises to bring world-class training for postproduction professionals directly to the UK, including AI workflows and editing, sound design, VFX,and career development.
The introduction of PPW Europe at MPTS 2026 will bring the conference’s established curriculum, industry-leading instructors and networking opportunities to a European audience. Spanning two full days across multiple breakout rooms, PPW Europe will offer dozens of hands-on sessions led by FMC’s team of certified trainers and expert power users. Designed for content creators, filmmakers, editors, producers and visual artists, the conference will feature immersive training tracks covering AI workflows, career development, VFX, editing and creative storytelling.
‘We’re thrilled to join forces with FMC to bring Post Production World Europe to MPTS 2026,’ says Director of MPTS and Broadcast Tech & Sport Group, Charlotte Wheeler. ‘This partnership will deliver an opportunity for postproduction professionals across Europe to connect, learn and push the boundaries of creativity and technology together.’
A new PPW AI Innovation Track will debut at MPTS 2026 to showcase real-world applications of artificial intelligence in media workflows, offering live demos and case studies that highlight the transformative role of AI in editing, motion design and storytelling.
‘In the ever-changing landscape of media and entertainment production, the need for quality training has never been more evident,’ says FMC President and co-founder Ben Kozuch. ‘Our programme is designed to respect attendees’ time and budgets while delivering cutting-edge creative and technical skills. With high attendee satisfaction ratings over the past 20 years, we are thrilled to bring this experience to the European creative community.’
