The Shure Audio Institute (SAI) has announced a new advanced programme for Integrated Systems –a series of in-person, hands-on workshops covering technical sales and support, from how to respond to an RFP to how to set up, configure and troubleshoot Shure systems and solutions.

Shure launches new course for Integrated SystemsThe course includes a Technical Sales Workshop, Technical Support Training Workshop for Microfle Ecosystem Solutions, Systems for Conferencing and AV Conferencing Workshop and Corporate Wireless Microphone Systems Workshop.

Technical Sales Workshop offers guidance on how to respond to RFPs by creating a complete sales list for project solutions in a tender process, and how to select the right products to match the functional requirements described in the tender. This calls on existing online tools and sourcing additional information, as well an understanding of the different software licence types for respective software (and hardware, where applicable) products.

The Technical Support Training Workshop for Microfle Ecosystem Solutions overs how to set up, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components of the Microflex Ecosystem portfolio, including:Microflex Advance, IntelliMix P300, MXN5-C Networked Loudspeaker, IntelliMix Room and Designer.

The Systems for Conferencing and AV Conferencing Workshop addresses how to install and deploy single and multiple frequency set-ups of Microflex Wireless and Microflex Complete Wireless, which are best suited to conferencing and A/V conferencing applications.

The Corporate Wireless Microphone Systems Workshop offers an understanding of how to set up and configure single and multiple frequency/room setups of the most common wireless microphone systems in the integrated systems portfolio, including ULX-D, Axient Digital and Microflex Wireless, using software tools such as Shure Update Utility, Wireless Workbench and Audinate Dante Controller.

‘The Shure Audio Institute has been providing extraordinary technical knowledge to audio professionals for years,’ says Shure Audio Institute Director, David Klein. ‘With this new advanced certification programme, we bring our expertise closer to these professionals and we commit once more to support not only Shure customers and users, but anyone in the audio industry.’

The Shure Audio Institute offers online and instructor-led courses to share Shure’s profound expertise in audio engineering and acoustics, wireless audio, networking and DSP. To attend the Advanced Integrated Systems Certification, successful completion of Integrated Systems Certification Levels 1 and 2, as well as Technical Enablement courses for selected products are required.
