TSL Products has named Matt Colman as Audio Product Manager, responsible for audio monitoring systems and supporting product development across the entire audio product range.

Colman joins TSL from SKY TV New Zealand where, as a Senior Audio Engineer, he led the OB live sound team as well as working on postproduction projects and providing guidance on multichannel issues across various projects. Prior to this, he spent six years at Dolby Laboratories in the UK and UAE in various broadcast engineering roles, supporting events such as the 2011 Rugby World Cup and the 2010 FIFA World Cup. He also managed numerous technical projects – he was the lead engineer responsible for the first on-air Dolby Digital Plus channels in Spain, Serbia and the Middle East, and received an Emmy Award for his contribution to the develppment of the DP600 Program Optimizer.
