Comprising the CDT-2125, CTD-4125 and CTD-8125 models, Crown’s ComTech D Series Amplifiers are intended for use in restaurants, bars, retail, casinos, hotels and resorts to ‘effortlessly transform any space into an elevated audio experience’.
With Dante inputs and outputs, built-in DSP, power sharing, Lo-Z/Hi-Z switching, and a simple to use web configuration interface, all models are designed for versatility, flexibility and ease of installation to address the changing demands of diverse installed audio applications. All models support 125W/channel with power sharing of up to 250W in the two-channel model, 500W in the four-channel model, and 2x 500W in the eight‑channel model. The two-channel and four-channel models are compact 1U-high, half-rack devices with flexible mounting options, while the eight-channel model requires 1U.
Built-in DSP allows outputs to be tuned specifically for each application, and provides the ability to create custom loudspeaker tunings. Factory JBL SpeakerTunings for select JBL models, including Control 400 Series ceiling speakers, are included to simplify the use of an all-Harman solution.
The amplifiers can be configured through an intuitive web interface with any computer or tablet and without the need to install proprietary software. It uses Harman's HControl protocol to communicate natively with BSS Omni Processors or AMX Muse Automation Controllers and includes an easy-to-use API for integration with third-party control systems.
