Los Angeles company Musik Hack has launched the HyFi online mastering platform designed to ‘deliver professional results with minimal effort’.

Full new master viewMusik Hack is the company behind the Master Plan, Fuel and SweetEQ plug-ins, with the HyFi online processing platform with mastering being the first available service. HyFi aims to offer a Master Plan on the go.

Powered by the same DSP technology that underscores other Musik Hack products, HyFi delivers ‘clear, loud and tastefully saturated masters’ directly through web browsers an mobile devices, tablets and desktop computers.

Designed for speed and ease of use, the workflow is to upload a mix, wait a few moments and receive a professionally mastered version. While the initial result is often production-ready, users can further refine their master by tweaking loudness and tonal character, then reprocess the track until it meets their exact preferences.

HyFi is engineered to preserve the integrity of a mix while enhancing any sound of any quality for maximum loudness. Its A/B comparison tool allows results to be readily evaluated, and a range of keyboard shortcuts help speed up the process.

With no subscription needed, users pay only for what they use.
