With the acquisition of TVC Solutions UAB by the Broadcast Solutions Group, TVC becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary under Managing Director, Ramunas Dirmeikis.

TVC’s focus overlaps only slightly with those of Broadcast Solutions, and complement the activities of the German systems integration company to a large extent. The takeover strengthens Broadcast Solutions’ presence n the Baltic region and the CIS countries in particular, enabling the company to offer a more extensive range of solutions and improve its service and support. Although fully integrated into the Broadcast Solutions Group, TVC Solutions UAB will act as an independent entity under its established name.
