Next Audiogroup has appointed João Pereira as new After-Sales Manager.
With more than 28 years’ experience as a sound engineer and technical expert, Pereira joins the team to lead after-sales services, ensuring a streamlined process for Customer Support and Spare Parts Management.

Pereira brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Next Audiogroup, having previously served as the technical head for the renowned Hard Club in Porto. His background includes managing large-scale tour shows and acting as front-of-house engineer and monitor engineer for major artists, alongside specialised expertise in electronic repairs. This broad experience equips Pereira with a unique perspective on customer needs and technical challenges in the audio industry.
