Budapest-based Lightware Visual Engineering has appointed Aidan Chng as new Systems Specialist for Southeast Asia. The expansion of the Lightware team aligns with the company’s commitment to pre-sales and post-sales support for customers and partners.
In this new role, Chng will serve as a key advisor and technical consultant for all Lightware products across the Southeast Asia region. Chng brings with him ten years of helpdesk and customer service experience and consultative skills to give customers a technological edge in their projects. He is no stranger to working in tandem with sales teams to exceed customer expectations for functionality, cost-effectiveness and successful system rollout.
Working with Candice Siow, Regional Director for Southeast Asia, and the broader regional team, Chng will use his extensive experience as an A/V professional. He is adept at engaging customers by identifying issues and streamlining steps to effectively resolve technical issues.
Chng received his Avixa Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) in 2013 and has continued to progress in his AV/IT integration skills since.
