TC Electronic has released Loudness Pilot, a multiple stereo and mono loudness controller and true-peak limiter for TV and radio station applications.
Supporting two stereo audio tracks, the unit is fully compliant with all major loudness and broadcast standards. Its design enables broadcasters to transmit two signals simultaneously in different languages on a single unit. Additionally, it will automatically switch over to another audio-stream, should a secondary language not be available.
Transmitting to TV and to a mobile platform simultaneously, Loudness Pilot delivers a signal fully compliant with TV standards – optimising the signal to the mobile platform at the same time.

Loudness Pilot launches with five different versions: SDI 1, 2 or 3 streams and AES balanced or unbalanced.
