Audio Precision has upgraded its APx audio analyser series to include support for up to 16 ASIO channels.
APx500 Flex previously allowed two-channel ASIO connectivity with the option to upgrade to as many as eight. The price remains unchanged, but the number of channels included increases from two to 16. This drives down the price per channel for budget-conscious applications.
This release also adds 16-channel ASIO support as standard to the APx517 acoustic analyser and the recently released APx516 analyser, expanding the range of analysers offering this capability.

Designed to work with professional multichannel audio interfaces, APx500 Flex combines the power of the APx500 software platform with the flexibility of ASIO-based hardware. Common applications include automotive cabin acoustic measurements and production test environments where measuring multiple channels in parallel reduces time and cost.
