Avid has released Venue 7.1 software, bringing full compatibility between Avid Venue S6L consoles and V14 Waves plug-ins via the Waves SoundGrid Rack.
The new software update provides access to Waves plug-ins directly from the Avid Venue S6L control surface without requiring an additional host computer. Audio is always time-aligned regardless of how complicated a show can become, thanks to ultra-low latency between Avid products, combined with powerful processing, and integration with the automatic delay compensation in Venue software.
