The Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 is an 18-input, six-output USB 2.0 audio interface for multitrack recording in project and personal studios.
The desk has a total of 18 inputs, including two Focusrite preamps and six high-quality line inputs to directly connect and record keyboards and guitars. An ADAT optical input will accept a further eight inputs from outboard mic preamplifiers.
Included with the Scarlett 18i6 is Scarlett MixControl, an 18x6 DSP mixer, which supports six separate mixes with ultra-low latency, then routes any combination of input signals and sequencer outputs to any of the Scarlett 18i6 outputs. Recall is via an intuitive one-click configuration, that allows very fast tracking, monitoring and mixing.
