Beyma CD11Fe/CD11Fe/S/CD11Nd HF drivers

Beyma has announced three new small-sized compression drivers, with coil of 1.75-inch (44.4mm) and 1-inch (25.4mm) throat.

CD11NdThe CD11Fe, CD11Fe/S and CD11Nd the exclusive Beyma PM4 polymer, which provides very competitive performance in linearity, band-pass and distortion performance, as well as a natural timbre that has been widely adopted by a large part of the professional audio market.

The CD11Fe exhibits a sensitivity of 109dB (1W/1m) and 140W programme power handling above 1.2kHz, while the CD11Fe/S exhibits a sensitivity of: 109dB (1.1m) and 140W programme power handling above 1.2kHz, and the CD11Nd offers sensitivity of 111dB (1W/1m) and the capacity for 140W programme power above 1.2kHz. All drivers use a PM4 polymer diaphragm, with the CD11Fe and CD11Fe/S FEA optimised motor structure, and the CD11Nd an FEA optimised neodymium motor structure.
