Headphones & Headsets

beyerdynamic has launch the DJ 300 Pro X and DJ 300 Pro X Club – the company’s first DJ headphones in more than a decade. Both models feature a modular design that can instantly switch between on-ear and over-ear configurations, giving DJs the freedom to choose their preferred fit. Each model can also be personalised through the beyerdynamic online configurator, allowing wearers to create earcup designs that match their individual style.

beyerdynamic DJ 300 Pro XWhile both headphones share the same core performance and features, they differ slightly in their design. The DJ 300 Pro X has a ‘clean, minimalist aesthetic built for professionals who value understated style’, while the DJ 300 Pro X Club adds a ‘bold edge’ with its silver fork, vibrant orange ‘Club’ lettering and street-inspired look.

The interchangeable pad system transforms each pair from on-ear to over-ear in seconds. An on-ear fit is ideal for portability, while the over-ear option offers enhanced isolation. With this flexibility, DJs can move between studio and stage without switching headphones.

‘The DJ scene is as diverse as the music we play,’ says beyerdynamic Product Manager, Kevin Nietsch. ‘That’s why our latest DJ headphones come in two versions – one minimal and one bold. We’re particularly proud of our unique two-in-one system, which makes the headphones a truly versatile tool. And for those who want to go one step further, our customizable ear cups offer the chance to make a personal statement.’

A dynamic 45mm driver delivers rich bass, crisp highs and powerful sound that stays clean and controlled at high volumes. Exceeding the standard size of most DJ headphones, it offers detail and balance, ensuring every kick, hi-hat, and transition cuts through with clarity and precision.

Designed for reliability on stage and in the booth, the detachable cable connects securely to either side via a bayonet mechanism to reduce handling noise and vibration. An angled plug also provides a strain-free connection.

The DJ 300 Pro X line-up is engineered for durability and longevity. Each component – from headband to ear pads and cable – is replaceable, aligning with the company’s sustainability philosophy. The foldable design makes storage and transport easy, and the included carrying pouch keeps the headphones safe between gigs.

The DJ 300 Pro X and DJ 300 Pro X Club are available in Europe for €199 (incl. VAT) via the beyerdynamic e-shop, and will be available in the US in Q4 2025 for US$279.99 at the beyerdynamic e-shop and Amazon.
