Shure has named teo new Vice Presidents and the appointment of a long-time Company officer to its Executive Staff.
Phil McPhee has joined Shure as Vice President of Operations and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and will be a member of the company’s Executive Staff. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience across operations, manufacturing, sourcing and product-driven organisations in the pro and consumer audio industries. He has led complex, multi-site operations across North America, Europe and Asia, with a track record of scaling global supply chains, strengthening operational excellence, and aligning manufacturing strategy with long-term business growth.
In this role, he will be responsible for the Company’s global Operations Division and Supply Chain functions. His leadership will be pivotal, as Shure continues to strengthen our operational foundation, drive scalable innovation efforts, and ensure resilience and excellence across our global supply network.

Jerome Nolasco has been named Vice President of Information Technology, bringing more than 25 years of enterprise IT leadership experience across multiple industries, with a track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation, modernising core technology platforms and partnering with business leaders to drive measurable outcomes.
He has deep expertise in ERP and CRM transformation, and is recognised for establishing enterprise AI governance and advancing practical AI use cases with business partners across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. His approach emphasizes strong business cases, disciplined execution, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

Althea Ricketts has been appointed to the Executive Staff in her current capacity as VP of Corporate Initiatives. In this expanded role, she will continue to lead Shure’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access strategies and the Company’s Sustainability efforts, as well as overseeing the Program Management Office.

Outside of Shure, Ricketts is a recognised voice in A/V, frequently representing Shure at industry events. In 2025, she was named President of WAVIT (Women in AV/IT), underscoring her dedication to industry leadership and inclusion.
