Mike Kieffer has been appointed to head RTS Intercom Systems, Telex Aviation and Telex Dispatch in ‘an important next chapter of innovation and customer focus’.
With more than 25 years’ experience across engineering, manufacturing, quality and global project leadership, Kieffer brings a steady, people-first approach grounded in operational excellence and long-term thinking. He currently serves as Director of Project Management at Keenfinity Group, where he has worked across brands including RTS and Telex.
Throughout his career, Kieffer has built high-performing teams, led complex transformations, and applied lean, customer-centric strategies across North America and internationally.
His background spans engineering, product development, quality leadership, plant management, and continuous improvement – giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on how great products, strong teams, and reliable execution come together.
