James Martin: SCV Distribution

SCV has added James Martin to its team of audio industry professionals as Sales Manager for the company’s UK and Ireland pro audio division.

James Martin Martin brings almost a decade of music retail industry experience from his previous appointment at DV247 (part of Musicstore gmbH), along with a number of years of field experience as a freelance sound engineer and extensive knowledge of SCV’s portfolio of brands.

From January 2024, he will adopt the role of SCV’s primary pro audio dealer-facing representative, liaising with our extensive network of retailer partners to ensure our brands are fully supported throughout the UK and Ireland.

‘I am absolutely delighted to be welcoming James onto the team here at SCV Distribution,’ says Managing Director, Ian Young. ‘Along with his impressive technical prowess, he has a proven track record in professional audio equipment sales and I am certain that he will be a most valuable asset to SCV.’
