Flock Audio has updated its Patch App control software to Patch App 3.0.
Patch App is a desktop application for Windows and Mac OS-X that allows digital control of Flock Audio’s Patch line of fully analogue signal routing hardware.
Patch App 3.0 incorporates user interface upgrades as well as improvements to functionality for recording, live sound and broadcast applications. It also provides support for the forthcoming Patch XT model, the most comprehensive Patch Series routing solution yet offered, with 96 inputs and 96 outputs for a total of 192 points of I/O.
Key updates:
- Drag & Drop to add rows.
- Stored Routing Quick Strip allows a single click to recall most frequently used routings.
- Custom path names allows each individual Path to be saved.
- Mute All function mutes all active Paths when triggered.
- Edit function in Stored Routing Menu + Reorder feature.
Patch App 3.0 has a newly designed Settings menu, featuring additional menu options, and its appearance has been updated with darker backgrounds, window masking, new looks for button selections and routing indicator changes.
