RCF believes its X Series set a new benchmark for all-weather, high-performance loudspeakers for fixed installations.
With robust polyurethane enclosures, premium neodymium transducers and consistent directivity, the X Series offers uncompromising audio quality, ideal for stadia, arenas, sports venues, clubs and outdoor hospitality spaces.
At launch, the X Series comprises the X 40, X 28L and X 08. All models employ RCF’s in-house engineered neodymium transducers. High-frequency drivers use titanium or PKX diaphragms for clarity and durability, while low-frequency sections employ high-flux motors that ensure stability, reduced distortion and thermal efficiency.
Supplied with horizontal mounting hardware, the X 40 integrates dual 10-inch neodymium woofers and a 4-inch Ti/Neo compression driver coupled with a TRW waveguide, providing asymmetrical 110° x 60° coverage for audience seated on raked tiers. The X 28L combines dual 8-inch neodymium woofers and a 3-inch Ti/Neo compression driver, providing symmetrical 100° x 20° coverage. Integrated array mechanics allow adjustments from 0° to 20°, supporting up to 12 modules on a single fly bar.
A two-way, constant 100° x 100° coverage loudspeaker combining an 8-inch neodymium woofer and a 1.75-inch PKX/Neo compression driver coupled to a TRW waveguide, the X 08 is also supplied with horizontal mounting hardware.
The single-piece cabinets carry multiple inserts and a corrosion-treated steel U-bracket. Connections to amplification are made through a watertight multi-pole connector. Their front aluminuim grille is powder coated with water-repellent backing material. All X series speakers meet IP55 standard requirements, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
