Blaze Audio, manufacturer of professional audio solutions for the installed sound market, has announced its Ci series loudspeaker line is now available globally. The Ci series was acquired earlier this year from Cornered Audio ApS of Denmark and are matched for use with Blaze Audio’s PowerZone amplifiers, software,and controllers.
The new Ci series of products – the Ci2, Ci4, Ci4-V, Ci5, Ci5-V and CS8 and CS12 subwoofers – are designed for use in commercial and hospitality locations. These surface-mounted loudspeakers offer discrete and elegant installation with high-quality sound reproduction and wide, uniform coverage.
The IP-rated Ci series comprises two-way, full-range loudspeakers designed for a wide range of indoor and outdoor commercial applications such as retail stores, restaurants, cafes and meeting rooms. The 90° triangular ABS cabinet with built-in sliders fits into vertical and horizontal corners with100° vertical and horizontal dispersion, and cabinets can be coupled together to increase coverage to 180°or 270°. For enhanced bass performance, Ci series’ loudspeakers can be partnered indoors with the series’ C8S and C12S subwoofers. They also feature switchable 100/70V mode/8 Ω mode (select models).
Available in black and white, the loudspeakers are IP65 rated (IP64 for Ci2) for outdoor use, have hidden cable terminals and are protected with a metal grille.
