Building is Strategically Hidden Speaker family (SHS), AtlasIED has announced the SHS-3T2-HD multi-function loudspeaker to meet integrators’ need to provide high-quality sound in tight spaces.

AtlasIED SHS-3T2-HDAlong with the SHS-3T2-HD, SHS-6T2, SHS-3T2 and SHS-LF, the SHS family now offers a solution for any space, providing design continuity and high-quality, full range audio throughout an entire facility.

Featuring a curved profile, the SHS-3T2-HD is specifically for use in shallow, hard deck ceilings that cannot accommodate the larger footprint of the SHS-6T2 or SHS-3T2. The simple-to-install, discreet, low-profile design also emplys AtlasIED’s Adaptive Dispersion Lens Technology, which comprises a 3-inch diameter lens and micro trim ring.

Healthcare, hospitality, and corporate facilities can also tap AtlasIED’s Z Series digital all-in-one sound masking, background music and paging system. The SHS-3T2 and SHS-3T2-HD integrate with both the Z Series Z2-B and Z4-B High-Definition Acoustical System, offering quick connections through the use of Cat5 cables. These Bluetooth-enabled Z Series models feature integrated pink and white noise generators for sound masking applications, as well as a mic/line input for paging and multiple zones to accommodate a variety of installation configurations.

All SHS speakers can be customised for aesthetic continuity using AtlasIED’s DesignLab colour match process, which uses high-resolution UV-printing technology to replicate ceiling colour and texture onto the SHS lens so that loudspeakers blend into even hard-to-match environments.
