Yellowtec has announced the PUC Mic LEA microphone and iXm Connect iOS recording app.

The PUC Mic LEA integrates the real-time LEA DSP engine from the iXm digital recording microphone into a class-leading audio interface. iXm Connect facilitates the exchange of data between the iXm microphone and iOS devices. The app allows editing, archiving and additional features including the use of meta tags. It is aimed at field reporters, allowing recordings to be emailed directly to their studio after adding tags.
