DAS Audio has embarked on a new strategic project with the creation of AV Ganguan – a multi-brand distribution company specialising in audiovisual systems – acting as its exclusive distributor in China.

AV Ganguan is a partnership between two of Europe´s leading professional audio companies, DAS Audio and Fluge, an internationally recognised specialist in sound, video and lighting design, full-service technical production and venue management. The combined experience of these two companies offers partners and customers in China a new level of technical expertise and support.

AV Ganguan is headquartered in Shanghai and backed by a team drawn from China and Europe. Sharing their knowledge and working with clients, the team brings expertise form its constituent companies to technical projects.

The AV Ganguan team is led by Carlos Martin as GM, who has broad experience in financial and general management roles in China. Acting as Vice GM & Sales Director is Yu Haitao, with more than 20 years representing international audiovisual brands. Technical Director German Rodriguez is the former Technical Director at AV Ganguan partner Fluge, and has a long CV as FOH engineer, systems engineer and project design. He will be in charge of all technical and training related issues. Andy Chung, joins the AV Ganguan team in a support role as Systems Engineer. A graduate in live sound engineering and production, he has extensive experience as FOH Engineer and Systems Engineer working throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Roger Han, multilingual and versatile member of the team will act as Customer Service Officer, in charge of service-related issues. The organisation in China will be coordinated from Spain by Eduardo (Ed) Lopez, Strategic Projects Manager, formerly based in DAS Audio Asia in Singapore, and responsible for the Chinese market over the past six years
