Lake finishes 2012 on crest of training seminar wave

Lab.gruppen and Lake have completed a run of Lake Level 1 training seminars across Germany.

Lake Level 1 training seminarThe modular course is aimed at Freelance Engineers, Tour/Install System Designers, Theatre Sound Designers and Tour System Engineers, and introduces key aspects of Lab.gruppen and Lake technologies and develop users’ familiarity with the companies’ tour sound hardware and software platforms

‘With the help of some of the country’s leading sound and rental companies, we have provided training to almost 50 individuals across Germany in the past few months,’ says Jürgen Bachthaler, Lab.gruppen/Lake National Sales Manager for Touring Products in Germany. ‘Lake Processing is already well established as the system processing environment of choice in the live sound arena and the recent product developments in the shape of the LM Series standalone processors and flagship PLM 20000Q platform have served to drive this uptake even further.’

The introductory Level 1 Certification course, held at various locations throughout Germany, has introduced participants to the core essentials of Lake and Lab.gruppen technology as well as gaining familiarisation with the hardware. The final training seminar in Germany for 2012 took place at the headquarters of leading sound company Rain Age GmbH, and was conducted by Lake expert Bodo Felusch.

More training seminars are currently being scheduled for 2013, with destinations such as Berlin and Hamburg under consideration. Any organisation or individual interested in hosting or attending any future events should contact Jürgen Bachthaler directly.
