Plasa Focus Leeds posts figures and 2012 dates

With 1,956 official visitors (a nine per cent increase over 2010), showed up at Plasa Focus Leeds to see 130 brands introduce new products to the UK market.

Plasa Focus LeedsAmong a lengthy list of new products, audio interest centred on Soundcraft’s Si compact digital mixing console; Proel’s NET loudspeakers; the Wave 28 all-in-one modular PA from Adam Hall; Allen & Heath’s iLive MixPad iPad app; Neutrik’s OpticalCON fibre-optic connectors; the VTX amplifier range from Cloud; and stage monitors from db Technologies, Nexo and Ohm.

The show’s seminar programme proved a major attraction with substantial audiences for sessions that ranged from Transforming the RST to the forthcoming impact of the Digital Dividend.

Show organiser Plasa Events reports ‘substantial’ advance registration of exhibitors for 2012 event, which will take place at The Royal Armouries in Leeds from 17 to 18 April. Free registration is open now.
