Scott Kelley joins RTS as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, responsible for the company’s global sales and marketing organisation.
His background in technology and engineering, coupled with his sales and marketing expertise, is expected to allow Kelley to ‘optimise the value chain’ by connecting with RTI’s distributors, dealers and end-users, and incorporating their feedback into the company’s endeavours.
Kelley previously held senior management positions in sales and marketing at 3M and Bose Corporation. His background is in global sales management, strategic marketing, and business development includes international experience in Latin America, Asia, and Europe. In addition, he has earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Minnesota.

Kelley will be based at RTI’s Minnesota headquarters and report directly to Demskie.
