Audified has announced ToneSpot Electric Pro, directing its ToneSpot channel processing plug-in concept toward electric guitar tones.
Joining Audified’s ToneSpot Drum Pro, ToneSpot Electric Pro offers a convenient and cost-effective alternative to assembing an awesome guitar and amp combo, magnificent mics, boutique stompboxes and classic outboard effects
Audified’s audacity is the key to pursuing guitar processing perfection, regardless of the orignal choice amplifier, stompboxes or plug-ins are already used. The processing is divided into eight sections – Voicing, Character, Saturation, Shaping, Smash Surgery, Effects and Finalizer.
The Voicing section determines the style of amplification from a choice of Classic, Heavy, Choco, Hyper, Sing and V, with the Character adding Vintage/Natural/Modern, Bright, Scoop and Lo-Fi options. The Saturation brings Gain, Boost and Mix control to the table.
The Shaping section offers comprehensive control over parameters including Boom, Body and Air, while Smash is Audified’s name for three parameter compression. Similarly, Suregery is the processor’s two-band EQ, with additional Hi Q control. Effects are arranged in Tremolo, Modulation, Delay and Reverb sections, with sync options for the tremolo, modulation and delay. The Finalizer section is a one-knob (Enhancer) process with switching for Fat, Tight and Smooth options.
