Van Damme White Line LSZH Install cable

UK Cable specialist VDC Trading has announced the Van Damme White Line range of LSZH Install cables.

Developed in response to customer input and demand for a white option, the range consists of an AES/EBU single-pair/twin-axial loudspeaker cables in 1.5mm and 2.5mm. The new cable is designed in conjunction with existing Van Damme Ecoflex Install cables, that are ABS design accredited.

Van Damme White Line Ecoflex cable is a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) intended specifically for installation. The use of LSZH cables is a specified essential in public buildings, new-build construction and often marine projects. Based electrically and mechanically on the Van Damme Green Series range, the Ecoflex jacketed single pair cable will carry AES/EBU and/or analogue balanced audio as well as paired data signals such as RS485, RS422 and DMX512.

The second White line option is the Van Damme Ecoflex White Line Install Grade Speaker Cable LSZH, again a Low Smoke Zero Halogen insulated and jacketed cable range. It features ultra pure oxygen free copper stranding for outstanding sonic integrity and fully tested and compliant with all IEC standards covering fire retardancy of single/bunched cables, Gas Emissions, and measurement of smoke density.

Van Damme White Line Ecoflex cable will be available from late October 2014.
